We have implemented the following accessibility practices across the platform:

- Keyboard-navigable interface for core platform features.

- Responsive design that works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

- Focus indicators visible for keyboard navigation.
- Descriptive link text (avoiding generic "click here" labels).

Known Limitations
We are actively working to address the following known accessibility gaps:
- Some interactive image carousels on destination pages may not be fully screen-reader optimised.
- User-uploaded content (photos, agency listings) may not always include descriptive alt text.
- Certain third-party embedded maps and media players may have limited keyboard navigation.
- Some group chat features may have limited screen reader support in complex message threads.
